FRANCE

Delivery via TNT (10€) : submit your order before 12 :00am from Monday to Friday, your order is expedited the same day and delivered the day after before 2pm

Delivery via Colissimo (5€) : you will get your package within 2/3 days after expedition, with tracking number and without signature

                  Transports charges are free for all orders more than 200€

  

OUTSIDE FRANCE

Delivery via Colissimo Europe (15€) : you will get your package within 2/4 business day after expedition 

Delivery via Colissimo International (29 to 35€ according to the area concerned) : you will get your package within 3 to 7 business days after expedition

 

Return & exchanges

FRANCE

You have up to 15 days after delivery to declare your desire to return or exchange your products online! The product should be in perfect state, and in its original packaging.

To return your articles, please connect you on your customer account and follow theses instructions:

- Go to « Review and details of my orders »

- Click on « Details » of the corresponding order

- On the page, select the product(s) to return (by checking the boxes on the left) then go down and click on « Generate a return »

- Please tell us why you are returning the product (too big, too small, color, fit)

- Click again on « Generate a return »

- Your return request is registered, you can check the status on your account in « My returns of goods »

 

Our team will be sent to you a return slip by e-mail in 1 business day maximum, to attach on your package back. You don’t need to put a return label inside.

 WARNING: Exchanges concerns only the size or colors on the same article, its not possible to exchange for an other piece or a piece with a different price!

Once we receive your package and validate it, you will be refund within 2 weeks (except transport fees) on your credit card or Paypal account used for purchase. If there is an exchange, it will be sent as soon as possible.
