Deliveries via Colissimo with signature (€9): you will receive your package within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, with tracking and without signature

OUTSIDE OF FRANCE
EU Colissimo Europe deliveries (€15) : you will receive your package within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
International delivery via DHL EXPRESS (29€) : you will receive your package within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
FRANCE
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to make a return. The article must be in its original packaging with its label and its plastic bag under penalty of being refused by our services.
To return your products, simply send an email to hello@cuissedegrenouille.com
Subsequently, our teams will send you a return slip by email within one working day maximum, to stick on your package. You do not need to put a return label in the package!
PLEASE NOTE : Exchanges only concern the size or color for the same reference. It is not possible to exchange for another model or a model at a different price!
PURCHASES MADE ON THE INTERNET CANNOT BE RETURNED IN STORE
Once the return has been received and validated, you will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days (excluding shipping costs) to the card or Paypal account used for the purchase. If it is an exchange, it will be sent to you immediately.
